Verisoft have won the contract to supply Turkish General Staff for the project of developing the card side applications (ALU) and smartcard life cycle management system for their multi-application ID cards based on Multos technology.
Verisoft supplied the Thales P3 Server,P3CM200 crypto modules and personalisation DLLs for DC9000 first and on the second phase developed a comprehensive web based .NET technology smartcard management system to load, update and delete applications on the cards and trace the state of card from initial central issuance to all subsequent updates which can be done with PULL and PUSH methods.
Content updates are made with EMV scripting since Verisoft developed the ID and HEALTH applications compatible with EMV specifications just as the MCHIP4 pre-authorised payment application on the card.
Verisoft will be changing the current PKI application in 2007 to cover all applications within uniform technology with common industry standards. These cards also contains contacless interface and biometric fingerprint data. TCP/IP networking with SSL and HTTPS protocols used for secure networking along with Oracle database. Card side ALUs are developed in C and ALC are supplied from in house iKMA of the TAF utilizing the most secure smartcard technology in the world:MULTOS.
Smart national ID cards, driver licenses, army ID cards, corporate ID cards, social security cards, health cards will be strong growth areas in the coming years due to increased security concerns and e-government projects. Verisoft have end to end technology and software for these systems.
